Growing up, I saw firsthand what it means to do things your own way. My mum built her business at a very young age from the ground up - not by following the expected path, but by trusting her vision. That spirit shaped how I approach my own journey: with integrity, independence, and an appreciation for quality over convention.

That spirit has stayed with me through years of working in high-end hospitality, assisting top executives, and immersing myself in the worlds of fine dining, travel, and design. Across New York, London, and some of Europes most desired destinations, I developed a sharp eye for detail and a deep appreciation for excellence - not just in how things look, but how they make people feel. I realised how rare it is to find someone who can not only plan, but truly curate an experience - someone who intuitively understands mood, pacing, atmosphere, and emotion.

This is where I learned two fundamental truths:

At my core, I’m a host. I find purpose in helping others, in curating experiences that reflect their goals and desires - from a meticulously planned agenda to the perfect dinner table. My enthusiasm for food, wine, and culture is more than personal interest; it’s a way of connecting people to places and stories that matter.

I work closely with a circle of likeminded creatives, local experts, and masters of their craft - people who share a belief in going beyond the expected.
